ACP

These are not recommendations and prices often change. The value includes all taxes (IVA/EGME/TAR) based on a 15 kWh charge. Some providers offer special discounts if you have a contract at home and others offer "dynamic" pricing linked to the market.

Prio	0.21	Charged per minute and excludes the TAR (network charges), making it hard to compare, but we have calculated the worst case kWh rate.
Galp	0.22	Values updated for 2024 including 8% discount. 16% discount if you are a client of Galp at home or at work.
EVIO	0.23	Signup in app with credit card payment.
EDP Noite	0.23	-20% for clients of EDP Commercial at home or at work. -30% as a member of UVE (€25/year - uve.pt) and a client of EDP.
Evaz	0.24	No app and requires direct debit to be set up, but card is sent quickly. Weekly off-peak option is useful to allow cheaper charging all day Sunday and Saturday afternoon.
EDP Simples	0.33	-20% for clients of EDP Commercial at home or at work. -30% as a member of UVE (€25/year - uve.pt) and a client of EDP.

This tool was born out of frustration with the opaque pricing model of public chargers in Portugal. It aims to provide a clear pricing comparison to help users make informed choices.

Click "Locate" or enter the place to search for. It then presents the total cost and groups them into bands, so it's easy to see where the best deals are. You can then expand the list using the arrow to see the places included and see the actual OPC price.
Options can be adjusted to suit your EV and will show the best CEME for a given period.
The costs (which include VAT) are estimated based on a 15 kWh charging session. Please remember that as many services charge per minute, this assumes the maximum charging speed is maintained, but above 80% this will usually slow down, so the effective cost may increase.
We do not use advertising tracking or external analytics (just internal performance monitoring) and the cookies are only those essential for site functioning.
